New Business Junior Sales Executive
We are currently seeking a New Business Junior Sales Executive. The position is a long-term commitment and will provide the successful applicant with an unlimited opportunity to develop and expand their own ambitions within the company.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the New Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for targeting new business, coordinating and arranging client meetings that they will co-present at and potentially be managing new accounts. The candidate must have an aptitude and hunger for offering and winning a wide range of new business in Point-of-Sale, Exhibition and Digital Printing products and services. These products range from concept, design, consultancy, project management, production and installation and will be sold to new and possibly existing clients achieving a pre-agreed sales target after the probation period; our clients are predominantly within the retail and exhibition markets. We will offer an amount of product and service training but the successful candidate’s desire to achieve will be the predominant factor for success.
Personal Specification
You should have a natural flair for new business development and possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills which are essential. You will demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team and under pressure to deliver within given timescales.
Salary
The actual salary and package offering will be wholly dependent on the potential of the successful candidate but based on our industry expectations.

Vacancy Details for Pre-Press Mac Operator/Account Handler
This is a fantastic new opportunity for the ideal candidate to join a growing design and large format digital print production company servicing mainly blue-chip end users. The experienced candidate we’re looking for will have at least three to four years industry experience conducive to the role and a fantastic communicator both with clients and colleagues. Predominantly this position requires standard hours during Monday to Friday; you occasionally may be required to work overtime during the week and the occasional weekend dependent on current workload.
As Pre-Press Mac Operator/Account Handler, you will:
- Be excellently skilled and be fully literate in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Mac-based software to perform all artworking requirements and conversant standard PC based office software
- Ideally be conversant in 3D software for CAD engineering to create FSDUs, CDUs, etc.
- Ensure all artwork adheres to the job detail and brief, colour matches and client brand guidelines
- Offer creative input into our own marketing requirements and undertake occasional creative design briefs for clients
- Work proficiently as an integral part of a busy, friendly production team
- Upkeep operational systems and software and ideally have a working understanding of networking to act as a liaison between the business and our external IT. suppliers
- Operate small format and large format digital printers to produce a variety of printed matter
The candidate will display a passion for producing quality service and work and will have a depth of experience in working within the studio of a print manufacturing business preparing artwork for production on a variety of different digitally printed materials, products and machinery from portable display stands to FSDU’s. They will demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative, manage their time effectively working to tight deadlines at speed and accuracy. They will have the confidence to suggest and implement new procedures and techniques with prior approval and be able to schedule their workload to meet all deadlines.
Key attributes required:
- A “never fail” attitude to meeting deadlines
- Ability to produce and proof print-ready artwork without assistance
- Excellent interpersonal skills whether dealing with clients, external suppliers or colleagues
- Experience working on files for a varied range of print production
- Understanding of corporate brand guidelines and provide artwork within those guidelines
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- A detailed knowledge of small and large format digital printing products and techniques
